Sokol Manor is Manitoba Housing Project that is independently managed and operated by Sokol Manor Inc.
How much is rent? Is it rent controlled?
With our relationship with Manitoba Housing, Sokol can provide rent that is based on an individual’s gross household income. For more specific information on how rent is calculated, please email sokolmanor@mymts.net or call 204-725-0629.
Is there a charge for laundry facilities?
No, we have three washers and dryers that are free of charge. Each apartment has a scheduled time of the week to use the laundry room.
Does Sokol Manor have one and two bedroom apartments?
Yes, Sokol Manor has 29 one bedroom apartments and 3 two bedroom apartments. The two bedroom apartments are reserved for couples, siblings or family occupancy.
Does Sokol Manor have an elevator?
Yes
Does Sokol Manor have a Common Room?
Yes, Sokol Manor has a common room that has cable TV, Internet and computer provided free of charge for residents and programming for resident activities provided by Prairie Mountain Health.
